About what's in here

Over the years I have  written  the included  texts on the following pages.  Some have an audio version of the full transcript whilst others are at this stage in written form only but I do intend to create full audio of all writings.
The written samples adjacent to the audio file are so the reader can decide if they are interested in the full audio version. I will produce an audio version of all content..
Sometimes we have to record our interpretations of situations we find ourselves in or indeed our observations of particular circumstances or events .
My words are based on my own experiences and understandings 
Some were written in an attempt to describe  inner workings, feelings or conceptual approaches to observed  experiences.
Writing for me helps to evaluate an experience  and opens the doors of my ignorance to a more fundamental meaning the experience  may convey.
