Self taught  I have always had an interest but  only  began to paint in earnest from 2007. What I love about art is that there is no right or wrong  in sharing a perception. Only the interpretation or evaluation  can offer critique.

Just as  abstract art has no definition, I cannot  say  I have a particular style. My subject matter could be an interpretation of an media image, maybe my photos, my imagination, or a persistent feeling  seeking a manifestation of some sort.

Generally there is no control at any time, the image becoming  the dictator of strategy, style and finished effort .Yet  once we decide to implement a project, we are the owner, the authority, the servant of  the project .

If one is to compare oneself then  the internet would say that is a pointless effort as there are so many incredibly skilled and gifted people out there both professional and amateur.

If we look at art as a form of communication then the internet has shown that art is a language common to all . It is visual, emotional, mental, subtle, gross and more than any spoken language for me it describes the human condition.
